Buckeyes' Lighty re-injures foot

broken bone in his left foot during spring workouts and will have surgery,
Ohio State head coach Thad Matta announced Wednesday.
Lighty, whose recovery time is expected to be 12 weeks, broke the fifth
metatarsal on Tuesday, the same injury he suffered in December 2008 that
forced him to miss the remaining of the season.
The Cleveland, Ohio native averaged 12.6 points per game during his junior
season in 2009-10, helping the Buckeyes win the Big Ten title and advance to
