Boston College, Miami-Ohio advance to Frozen Four

Worcester, MA (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Boston College and Miami-Ohio advanced to the
Frozen Four by winning their regional final contests Sunday as part of the
NCAA hockey tournament.
The Eagles and RedHawks will battle April 8 at Ford Field in Detroit. The
other Frozen Four matchup has RIT facing Wisconsin.
Cam Atkinson notched a hat trick and a career-high four points in BC's 9-7 win
over Yale at the Northeast Regional final Sunday. The Eagles moved into the
Frozen Four for the 22nd time, including ninth in the last 13 years. They won
the title in 2008.
The RedHawks, top seeds in the Midwest, beat Michigan, 3-2, in double-overtime
in the regional final to make it to Detroit. Alden Hirschfeld scored the
winning goal to send Miami to its second straight Frozen Four. The RedHawks
lost to Boston University in overtime in last year's title game.
The championship game is slated for April 10 in Detroit.
